1. Acceptance & Marketplace Model

Marketly functions as a curated digital venue enabling independent merchant sellers, designers, and brand ateliers (“Vendors”) to market, exhibit, and fulfill authentic products directly to retail consumers.

When you initiate a transaction on Marketly, the contract of sale is established directly between you and the respective Vendor, with Marketly acting as the authorized commercial agent for escrow collection, catalog curation, and buyer protection.

2. Multi-Vendor Dynamics & Merchant Accountability

Every Vendor participating on the Marketly platform has undergone verification. Vendors warrant that all items listed:

• Are genuine, authentic, and free of counterfeit infringements.
• Conform strictly to the specifications, dimensions, and images advertised.
• Are legally permitted for international sale and transport.
• Comply with applicable safety, electrical, and consumer product regulations.

3. Patron Accounts & Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access. Any orders placed under your authenticated account are deemed authorized by you. You agree to notify Marketly immediately of any suspected breach or unauthorized access.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Escrow Settlement

Prices displayed are set directly by individual brand ateliers and may include or exclude regional sales tax or VAT as indicated during checkout.

5. Shipping & Direct Dispatch

Because Marketly aggregates products across independent global studios, an order containing products from multiple Vendors may arrive in separate shipments with distinct tracking numbers. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery to your specified address.

6. 30-Day In-Home Trial & Return Policy

Patrons enjoy an unconditional 30-day trial on standard items. To qualify for a full refund:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with certificates of authenticity.
• Custom-engraved or bespoke made-to-order items are excluded unless defective upon arrival.
• Return shipping labels are complimentary for domestic orders within the trial window.

7. Authenticity Guarantee & Vendor Sanctions

Marketly enforces a zero-tolerance counterfeit policy. If an item is proven non-authentic by a recognized third-party appraiser, Marketly guarantees a 200% refund funded through the vendor's escrow reserve, and the merchant is permanently expelled from the marketplace.
